Step 1 – Visit our condo models

Our customer consultants will gladly give you all the information you need on the different models available and will answer all your questions.

 

Step 2 – Choose your condo and reserve it

Once you have chosen a specific unit, you will be able to reserve it by making a minimum deposit.

 

Step 3 – Sign your offer to buy

An appointment must be made with your consultant in order to sign a preliminary contract. The preliminary contract will indicate the delivery date of your unit as well as all the additional deposits required for the purchase. Also, we will hand you a copy of the preliminary declaration of co-ownership so that you may take the time to read its rules and regulations.

 

Step 4 – Your mortgage application (if necessary)

Our consultant can suggest various financial institutions with whom we have negotiated beforehand to obtain reduced rates, guaranteed to our clients.

 

Step 5 – Choice of finishing materials

Our designer will contact you to make an appointment to assist you in the personalization of your condominium.

 

Step 6 – Check-list

Three weeks before the delivery of your unit, you will receive an adjustment sheet and the steps to take to make sure the process goes smoothly.

 

Step 7 – Inspection visit with the superintendent at the end of the construction work

Before the delivery of your condominium, you will need to proceed to a final inspection with our superintendent. You will receive the necessary information concerning your appliances and the maintenance of your unit. At that moment, you will be encouraged to point out any adjustments you think are necessary. You will then have to sign the completion certificate.

 

Step 8 – Contact your notary

The notarial act can now be signed. The notary will proceed to the necessary adjustments concerning your municipal and school taxes, the condo fees and others. You will then receive a copy of the declaration of co-ownership, your localization certificate and your deed of sale.

 

Step 9 – Customer service

A procedure has been established by Carré Videl in order to insure the satisfaction of our clients. You will receive a  form 45 days after the delivery of your unit . This form will allow you to inform us of all the adjustments you need us to make in your new condominium.
